Overview and Atmosphere Around Takanawadai

Takanawadai Station is located in Shirokanedai 2-chome, Minato City. The immediate area combines apartment buildings, medical institutions, schools and small-scale retail along Sakurada-dori with quieter residential streets extending into Takanawa and Shirokanedai. Unlike major high-rise office districts, the atmosphere becomes distinctly residential only a short walk from the station. Gotanda, Takanawa Gateway, Shinagawa and Shirokanedai are all relatively close, allowing residents to use several major southern Tokyo hubs as part of everyday life.
