Proximity to greenery around Gaien and the Akasaka Imperial Estate is another distinctive feature. Rather than treating all properties labeled 'Aoyama' as having the same environment, buyers and tenants should evaluate the exact address, such as Minami-aoyama 1-chome, Kita-aoyama 1-chome or nearby parts of Akasaka, together with orientation, floor level and surrounding buildings.
