Aoyama-itchome is served by Tokyo Metro's Ginza Line as G04, Hanzomon Line as Z03, and the Toei Oedo Line as E24. The Ginza Line provides direct travel toward Gaienmae, Omotesando and Shibuya in one direction and Akasaka-mitsuke, Shimbashi, Ginza and Asakusa in the other. The Hanzomon Line links the station directly with Omotesando and Shibuya as well as Nagatacho, Otemachi and Oshiage. The Oedo Line serves Roppongi and Azabu-juban in one direction and Kokuritsu-kyogijo and Shinjuku in the other. Tokyo Metro reports an average of 101,540 daily entries and exits in fiscal 2025 for its Ginza and Hanzomon services at the station.
