Under Minato City's public-school zoning, Toranomon 1-chome through 5-chome fall within the attendance area of Onarimon Gakuen Onarimon Elementary and Junior High Schools. Minato also operates a school-choice system: elementary pupils may generally request designated neighboring schools, while junior-high pupils may request schools across the ward, subject to capacity restrictions.
