Overview and character of Toranomon Hills

The area around Toranomon Hills Station is a central Tokyo business district adjoining Kasumigaseki, Shimbashi, Kamiyacho and Atago. Development began with Toranomon Hills Mori Tower in 2014 and expanded to the Business Tower, Residential Tower and Station Tower, which opened in 2023. The Station Tower is directly integrated with the Hibiya Line station; it rises 49 floors and about 266 metres and contains offices, retail, a hotel and TOKYO NODE. High-rise offices dominate the streetscape, while the Atago and Nishi-Shimbashi sides retain shrines, older streets and smaller businesses. Weekdays are strongly business-oriented, while evenings and weekends bring dining, shopping and event visitors.
