Living Around Shibakoen for Women

Residents around Shibakoen can use the Mita Line as well as, depending on their exact location, Daimon, Hamamatsucho and Akabanebashi stations, providing useful flexibility for commuting. Major hospitals and Minato City Hall are also nearby. For women living alone or anyone concerned about nighttime travel, however, safety should not be judged only by the advertised walk from the station. Areas near Tokyo Tower, hotels and restaurants may remain active at night, while sections of Metropolitan Shiba Park and office districts can become much quieter, particularly on weekends.
