According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation, Shibakoen is station I05 on the Toei Mita Line, between Mita I04 and Onarimon I06, at 4-8-14 Shibakoen, Minato City. In fiscal 2024 it averaged 13,895 boarding passengers and 14,128 alighting passengers per day. The station has five escalators and three elevators, with an accessible route between street level and the platforms, as well as an accessible restroom, ostomate facilities, baby equipment and an AED. Although only the Mita Line serves Shibakoen itself, Daimon Station on the Asakusa and Oedo lines, Hamamatsucho Station on the JR Yamanote and Keihin-Tohoku lines and Tokyo Monorail, and Akabanebashi on the Oedo Line are all within the broader walking area. Metropolitan Shiba Park lists walking times of about five minutes from Daimon, two minutes from Akabanebashi and twelve minutes from JR Hamamatsucho.
