Parks and Green Space around Shirokane-takanawa

Takamatsu Kusunoki Park at 1-5-44 Takanawa is officially listed by Minato City as roughly four minutes on foot from Shirokane-takanawa Station. It covers 3,639.04 square meters and includes combination play equipment, swings, horizontal bars, exercise equipment and planting areas; opening hours are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. On the Shirokane side, additional spaces include Shirokane Park, Shirokane Shidamachi Children's Playground, Shirokane 1-chome Children's Playground, Furukawa Sakura Children's Playground and Yon-no-hashi-dori Children's Playground. The Shirokane 1-chome Eastern North redevelopment also added pedestrian routes and landscaping along the Furukawa. This is not a neighborhood centered on one enormous park; instead, everyday recreation relies on several smaller spaces. Families and walkers should therefore consider actual routes, including slopes and road crossings, when evaluating access.
