Sengakuji is station A07 on the Toei Asakusa Line and also serves as the northern gateway of the Keikyu Main Line, with extensive through-running between the networks. Northbound services connect toward Mita, Daimon, Shimbashi, Nihombashi, Asakusa and Oshiage, while southbound services continue via Shinagawa toward Haneda Airport and Yokohama. Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation statistics for April 2024 through March 2025 recorded 104,576 average daily boardings and 105,306 alightings at Sengakuji, totaling 209,882. This includes interchange and through-service traffic and should not be interpreted simply as local neighborhood users. Takanawa Gateway Station on the JR Yamanote and Keihin-Tohoku lines is within walking distance, while Shinagawa Station expands access to the Shinkansen. Keikyu's FY2026 investment program continues major Sengakuji improvements including wider platforms, an expanded concourse and upgraded vertical circulation and entrances. ([東京都交通局][2])
