Shiodome City Center, Caretta Shiodome and other mixed-use complexes provide restaurants, services and retail immediately around the station. As of September 2026, Caretta Shiodome continues to publish current shop information and lists general facility hours of 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. for shops and 11:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m. for restaurants, although individual businesses set their own hours. Shopping in Shiodome is largely concentrated inside large high-rise complexes rather than along a conventional neighborhood shopping street. Extending the walking area to Shimbashi brings many more drugstores, food retailers, convenience stores and everyday services, while Ginza is also readily accessible on foot or by rail. Residents should note that some businesses are oriented toward weekday office demand and may operate differently on weekends and holidays. Grocery convenience also varies by the exact location of the residence, so everyday walking routes should be checked during a property inspection.
