Medical Care Around Daiba Station: Local Clinics and Wider-Area Access
Map & surroundings
Although Daiba has extensive retail and hotel facilities, it does not have the same concentration of general hospitals and specialist clinics immediately around the station as some major central Tokyo hubs. Minato City operates a searchable system covering hospitals, clinics, dental practices and pharmacies. However, the city notes that the system's coverage was approximately 60% at the end of March 2026 and does not represent every provider. Residents should therefore verify current information individually for routine services such as internal medicine, dentistry and pediatrics. For specialist treatment or emergencies, it is practical to consider providers in the wider Ariake, Toyosu, Shibaura and Konan areas. City and Tokyo emergency guidance should also be checked in advance for nights, holidays and pediatric emergencies. For long-term renters or buyers, particularly households with small children, older residents or regular medical needs, actual travel time to the required specialty can be more important than distance to Daiba Station itself.
