Nearest station: Mita

Mita is an interchange between the Toei Asakusa Line, station A08, and the Toei Mita Line, station I04. The Asakusa Line provides access toward Sengakuji and Gotanda and in the opposite direction toward Daimon, Shimbashi, Nihombashi and Asakusa. The Mita Line runs toward Shirokane-takanawa and Meguro as well as Hibiya, Otemachi and Sugamo. The transport bureau officially identifies JR Tamachi Station as a transfer connection, giving passengers access to the Yamanote and Keihin-Tohoku lines within walking distance. Toei buses and Minato City's Chii Bus also serve the district. From July 21, 2026, Minato City temporarily suspended the Tamachi and Shiba route stop named Asakusa Line Mita Station, directing passengers instead to Tamachi Station or Mita Line Mita Station stops. The similarly named stop on the Takanawa route remains in service, so current bus information should be checked before travel.
